Responsibilities

Brief:   

To design a two storey conversion of an existing single storey stone garage to provide a new 2 bedroom self catering holiday unit within the Northumberland National Park.

 Planning :

To survey the existing site & prepare detailed designs for and submit a detailed planning application.Planning consent has been obtained.

Construction:

The proposed building is based on a  timber frame construction . The components being prefabricated off site .
